As AME co-founder and CEO, Angelo Vespi brings extensive knowledge of all facets of internal operations and healthcare logistics. Previously, he was Director of Purchasing for a Long Term Care pharmacy. Angelo’s foresight into the service professional business has led to innovations as PharmaTrac, a custom delivery medical courier software platform that specializes in the healthcare logistics and sector.

CFO Ilisa Griffin manages the financial health and course of the business and develops the processes required to run the company. Previously, she worked for a major financial institution where she oversaw both personal and business loan processing, business products and personal investing.

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Jennifer Vespi is responsible for executing AME’s human resource strategy in support of overall business planning and growth. A member of the AME team since 2005, Jennifer manages human resources policies, practices and operations and oversees the 700+ vendors who comprise AME’s healthcare contractor pool of pharmaceutical/medical delivery couriers.

Joseph Vespi, Jr. has been a key member of the All-Med Express team since November 2015, bringing with him more than three decades of experience in IT management, data analysis, and business systems. In his role, Joseph has been instrumental in driving successful customer–All-Med Express system integrations and onboarding initiatives, ensuring seamless connectivity and a superior client experience. He oversees critical IT infrastructure and leverages deep analytical expertise to deliver meaningful data insights that support informed business decisions.  Joseph consistently guides cross-functional efforts to achieve project goals on time and to the highest standard of quality. His broad technical background and commitment to operational excellence make him a trusted resource for both internal teams and the customers All-Med Express serves.

Megan began her career at Panthera as a student while earning her Biology degree and quickly found a passion for data, technology, and operations. With deep experience in courier and customer operations, she has played a key role in working with Panthera Logistics to create a robust TMS software for the healthcare industries, delivering solutions that drive both business and customer success.

Paul graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management with a Minor in Economics. He has over 15 years of experience in the LTC space, with the last 8 years working directly with Angelo and Ilisa specializing in Data Analytics, Pattern Recognition, KPI’s, and optimization and efficiency programs.
